You’ll want to make sure to eat the peels, which means you’ll want to be sure to buy organic apples so you’re not eating all of the pesticides and herbicides that can be absorbed by the peels of conventionally grown apples. It’s very easy to get into the habit of having an apple each day, and the old wisdom still pertains.
