Mr. Nguyen Van Hoan, the Director of Quy Nhon and Binh Duong Factories, has been honored with the title of August Star for his outstanding achievements. He has shown strong dedication and tireless commitment in managing the operations of both factories. Mr. Hoan ensures that he executes all orders with impeccable quality, quantity, and on-time delivery.
Besides overseeing production at both factories, Mr. Hoan successfully managed upgrades at Binh Duong Factory. His unwavering commitment greatly contributed to both factories and the company’s success.

Mr. Le Nguyen Vu, the Production Manager of Quy Nhon Factory, has been awarded the title of August Star for his outstanding achievements. He has closely monitored all aspects of the production process, ensuring proper personnel allocation, on-time delivery, and excellent quality. In August, daily production output nearly doubled compared to previous months.
Mr. Vu promptly resolved production issues and provided direct support during personnel shortages to ensure on-time delivery. His dedication sets an example, greatly contributing to factory and company success.

Mr. Le Hong Hai, the Procurement Team Leader, has been rewarded with the August 2023 Hot Bonus for his outstanding achievements. He has demonstrated excellent skills in market analysis, ensuring timely and sufficient supply of raw materials. Mr. Hai proactively allocated resources, exceeding targets at 109.8% to meet both factories’ production needs.
His relentless efforts have significantly contributed to the overall success of the Business Department and the company.
