Sustaining Organic Retail and Specialty Stores
The Fachhandel Forum will explore future challenges and concepts for organic retailers, addressing market developments, communication tools, and staff recruitment. With a focus on the German government’s target of 30% organic farming by 2030, sessions will emphasise the importance of a robust organic retail sector with regional supply chains and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
A session titled “Female power in food retail: Are women the drivers of sustainability and organic food?” will scrutinise the correlation between female leadership and the increase in organic and sustainable practices in the markets.
