On January 20, 2024, amidst joy and excitement, the Year-End Celebration for NICers in the Southern Region was held at Binh Duong Factory. NICers from Binh Phuoc, Gia Lai, Ho Chi Minh, and Binh Duong gathered for a highly successful event. This occasion not only reflected on the achievements of the past year but also served as an opportunity to set the direction for NIC GROUP’s future.
The program kicked off with a retrospective clip showcasing the activities of the NIC GROUP and Binh Duong Factory throughout the year. Faced with new challenges and opportunities, NIC GROUP outlined clear plans and priorities, emphasizing enhanced production capabilities, staff training, and product quality. The commitment to community activities and environmental protection was also highlighted.

The ‘NIC GROUP Talent Search’ competition drew significant attention from NICers in the Southern Region. Elaborate performances showcased the creative abilities of potential talents:

With a surprise and captivating performance, ‘Chiều lên bản Thượng’ created an enthusiastic atmosphere, securing the Overall First Prize. This remarkable act showcased extraordinary skills and flexibility, originating from the male members of Binh Phuoc Factory, a first for the audience.
