Visimex is proud to recognize the outstanding achievements of our Best Employees for March 2023. With their creative thinking, initiative, and high sense of responsibility, these individuals have demonstrated exceptional results in their work, serving as a source of motivation for their colleagues.
We want to highlight the following achievements of our winners:
- Mr. Nguyen Van Steel, Production Manager of Binh Duong Factory, demonstrated remarkable project management skills in upgrading and constructing the factory while ensuring the production schedule was not affected. His hard work and dedication ensured the success of the project.
- Mr. Phung Son Hai, Cashew Salesman, showed an unwavering commitment to his work, completing his cashew purchasing tasks on time, and strictly adhering to quality standards. His effort and dedication ensured timely delivery.
- Ms. Tran Thi Thuy, Quality System Control Specialist at two factories, demonstrated a high sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for her work. She completed essential projects such as Naturland and BRCGS evaluations on time. She also travelled to Binh Phuoc to participate in the assessment of planting areas, ensuring the highest level of quality control.
