We Share Happy Hours contest in Visimex

Yesterday, on May 30, 2023, we celebrated the successful conclusion of our We Share Happy Hour program with an exciting award ceremony honoring our best teams. This program allowed our employees to organize happy hours within the company, creating moments of joy and laughter to relieve stress and foster a positive work environment.

We are delighted to congratulate the Accounting team of Visimex for their outstanding performance in the Honoring Women program, securing the first-place position and impressing the entire Nicer community and the judging panel.

The second prize was awarded to the happy cashews team, who showcased their talent in the company’s Cultural program. Additionally, we had two equal third-place winners: the HRO team with their topic on Managing Change and Overcoming the Crisis, and the We Happy team with their focus on Teamwork.

The We Share Happy Hour program serves as a creative playground, allowing Nicers to unleash their creativity and bring immense joy to our extended family. During the event, our General Director, Hung Than Van, and Deputy General Director, Diep Le Hong, expressed their hope for more engaging, innovative, and meaningful internal culture-building programs in the future. Their vision is for Visimex and NIC GROUP to always be Nicer’s second home – a place that is warm, cheerful, and full of happiness.

In addition to the award ceremony, our Happy Hour celebration also featured birthday congratulations to Nicers born in May and introduced new employees who joined us during the month.
